today ar..

first time nearly faint...

it all started like this lor.
During PE.
Sonia told the girls at the back to run up front to check height and weight .
what happened was , i tripped over the drain ( KC flag raising the pole there, the drain got rocks rite? )
i tripped, my leg knee slide across then i landed on the grass field ( heng grass field. )
then right leg kena bruise and left leg bled. ( the right leg hurts more. )
then, i tried to surpress the pain that was pressuring the right leg.
then i surpress le, got support from PeiZhen, Amanda and Shao Jun .
then amanda and peizhen support me to General Office..

on the way to general office, nearly fainted lor.
i first time nearly faint then very scary ..
everything turns dark, all color combination turn WRONG .
then i rested my head against peizhen's shoulder as i was walking then look up..
everything was moving in circles. i was giddy like shit la.

then ... i told myself kenot faint here lo :l
then go general office, drank abit of water and rested for 1 hour in the office.
later abit ok le, then went to walk back to class ( had to limp. )
but felt very tired the whole day .

+ i did Physical training @ the end of the day.
3km run and a few other situps, crunches and pushups. :l
damn weak la today ..
